Email Engagement Tracker & Lead Priority Scorer

Track email open signals, link clicks, and engagement events per lead. Auto-score lead priority into Cold, Warm, Hot, and Priority buckets to focus your follow-up intelligently.

Introduction

Not all leads respond the same way. Some open your email seconds after it lands. Others click your CTA link multiple times over a few days. Most never engage at all. The MYNRS Email Engagement Tracker gives your sales and marketing team the visibility to know the difference. By embedding a lightweight, invisible tracking signal into each email and creating unique tracked redirect URLs for your links, the tracker captures open events and click events per recipient. A configurable scoring engine automatically aggregates these signals into a lead priority score—so you always know who to call first. ⚠️ Important compliance note: Open detection relies on the recipient's email client loading a 1×1 tracking image. Modern email clients (including Apple Mail with Mail Privacy Protection) may pre-load images without the recipient opening the email, or block image loading entirely. Open signals are indicative, not guaranteed. Click signals are treated as the stronger and more reliable engagement indicator.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this tool guarantee I can detect if my email was read?

No. Open tracking depends on image loading in the recipient's email client. Privacy-focused clients like Apple Mail can pre-load images in the background, causing false opens, or block image loading entirely, preventing detection. Click tracking—when someone clicks a link—is a much stronger and more reliable signal.

Is the tracking pixel compliant with GDPR and CAN-SPAM?

Tracking pixels are widely used in email marketing but may require disclosure depending on your jurisdiction. We recommend adding a footer to your emails informing recipients that engagement is tracked, and ensuring you have a legal basis for processing this data for your recipients.

What is a "Priority" lead?

A lead reaches Priority status (score ≥ 100) when they have demonstrated multiple strong engagement signals—such as opening quickly after send, clicking a link, and replying. These are the leads most worth contacting immediately.

How is the lead score calculated?

The scoring engine uses weighted rules: email sent (+5), open detected (+20), repeated opens (+10 each), link clicked (+40), quick open bonus (+15 for within 10 minutes), fast click bonus (+10 for clicking within 1 hour of open), and reply detected (+60). Scores map to Cold (0–24), Warm (25–59), Hot (60–99), and Priority (100+).

Can I track multiple links in one email?

Yes. Every <a href> link in your email HTML body is automatically rewritten to a unique tracked redirect URL. Each click is logged individually with the target destination.
